Apa Itu EMC Meltblown Filtration Fiber?
EMC Meltblown Filtration Fiber adalah Economical Melt-Blown Cartridge Filter elemen filtrasi yang terbuat dari serat mikro fiber polypropylene (PP) yang diproduksi melalui proses melt-blown. Filter ini dirancang untuk memberikan efisiensi tinggi dalam menyaring partikel halus, sedimen, lumpur, karat, dan kontaminan lainnya dari cairan seperti air, minyak, dan bahan kimia ringan.
Overview Meltblown Filtration Fiber
Melt-Blown Filter Cartridge adalah komponen penyaringan air yang dibuat dari serat polypropylene yang dipintal secara khusus untuk menghasilkan struktur berpori. Cartridge ini dirancang untuk menyaring partikel-partikel halus, kotoran, dan sedimen dari air, memberikan solusi efektif untuk berbagai aplikasi, termasuk industri, rumah tangga, dan komersial. Dengan teknologi spun bond, Spun Filter Cartridge memastikan aliran air yang lancar dan efisiensi penyaringan yang tinggi, sehingga memperpanjang umur sistem penyaringan dan meningkatkan kualitas air yang dihasilkan.
PFI Spun Bonded Filter Cartridge are made up of 100% polypropylene fibers. The fibers have been carefully spunned together to form a true gradient density from outer to the inner surface. Filter cartridges are available with both core & without core version. The Filter Cartridge Spun superior structure remains integral even under severe operating conditions and there is no media migration. Polypropylene fibers are blown continuously on the central molded core, without any binders, resins or lubricants.
PFI PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge MG Series is fusing and intertwined of polypropylene resin without any chemical glues.
